- 4 Passport Size Photographs
Keep recent, identical photographs—these are required for your form and ID verification. - Confirmatory Receipt of Application Form (Samarth admission form print)
Print the application form you filled out on the Samarth portal. It’s your official entry pass. - Marksheet and Certificates of Class 10th & 12th
Both marksheets and passing certificates are necessary. Carry original + at least 2 photocopies. - Transfer Certificate (TC) / Migration Certificate & Character Certificate
These certify that you’re leaving your previous institution formally and you’re eligible for admission. - Aadhar Card (Original and Photocopy)
Your government-issued identity proof. Always bring it along. - Domicile Certificate (For Other State Candidates)
If you’re not from Uttar Pradesh, this is a must-have. - Caste Certificate / Income Certificate / EWS Certificate (if applicable)
Essential for reservation or fee relaxation. Make sure it is valid and updated as per government rules.
